Products Warranty Period Note
ELSA Workstation Graphics Series 3 Years Warranty for 3 years from the purchase date
ELSA Multimedia Graphics Series 3 Years Warranty for 3 years from the purchase date
ELSA Multimedia Graphics F1 Series 1 Year Warranty for 1 year from the purchase date
ELSAVISION Series 2 Years Warranty for 2 years from the purchase date
* Products that are purchased by customers may refer the product warranties on the warranty information card enclosed. If required, may please contact ELSA or your local dealer for advanced information.
  1. Warranty differs across different regions; please contact your local dealer for advanced information.
      
  2. Warranty coverage
     
    In the warranty period, if the parts are defective due to fabrication and material defects, the parts will be replaced or repaired free of charge. (The shipping and handling cost from buyer to service center is excluded) . If same item of products are not available, same performance or higher-performance products will be used for swap replacement.
     
  3. Suspension of the warranty
     
    In the warranty period, extra cost will be charged under the conditions:
    • if the device is damaged or destroyed as a result of acts of nature or by environmental influences (moisture, electric shock, dust, etc.)
    • if the device was stored or operated under conditions not in compliance with the technical specification,
    • if the damage occurred due to incorrect handling, especially to non-observance of the system description and the operating instructions,
    • if the device show any kind of mechanical damage .

    * However, if the device was opened, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by ELSA, ELSA will not provide any warranty service.
     
    Based on the responsibility and obligation lists on the warranty card, ELSA will be only in charge of the repair or replacement of the defectives. ELSA is not responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the buyer or third party. Any dispute resulted from this warranty will be arbitrated by the local jurisdiction ( Taipei court).
     
  4. To ensure the best after-sales service and your right on warranty claim, please login your information on ELSA web site within 10 days after you buy ELSA products; otherwise, ELSA can not guarantee your interest.
