Q. Which is a suggested way to install a graphics driver?

A. 1. Please install the motherboard inf driver in order to activate the AGP bus on the motherboard. The latest motherboards chipset driver may be obtained from the following website link or from your motherboard manufacturing website.

2. Before installing the new driver, you should remove your old driver from your system that is found in the control panel then reboot your system.

3. Please unzip the downloaded driver and execute the file name “setup.exe” to precede installation. During installation, if you sees a notification message indicating needing WHQL driver certification, please ignore this message and continue the installation. When driver has completely installed please reboot your system.

Q. Why the system can only use AGP 4X instead of AGP 8X?

A. Please verify if your motherboard support AGP 8X, if yes, please verify your motherboard CMOS setting is set to AGP 4X instead of AGP 8X.

Q. Why PC becomes unstable after installing the new graphics driver?

A. This may occur if the old version of graphics driver has not been removed before installing the new version of driver. You may follow the following procedure to solve the problem.

1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall the driver from the system then reboot
