A. Please proceed to the game supplier website to download the latest patch files for the game, if available. May please also update to the latest version of the graphics card driver or may please contact game supplier or ELSA technical support team to verify the problem.

Q. How to use the Video capture function of ELSA GLADIAC Series?

A. Concerning about the video capture issue, please follow the following procedure to use the video capture function.

1. Please install the WDM (Video In driver) driver found in the Driver CD.

2. Please install the Video capture software such as WinDVD Creator or Power director and other video capturing software. (Not all video editing software can be used, please verify with your software company).

3. Please connect the Input device to the graphics card, boot up the PC and activate the input device.

4. Start the video editing software -> begin the video capture function -> Choose NVIDIA WDM device -> Start capturing.

5. You may setup the video capture quality, resolution and other aspects in the video editing software.

Q. When install WDN driver with ELSA GLADIAC FX534, an exclamation mark is shown next to NVIDIA WDM Video Capture, how can it be solved?

A. ELSA GLADIAC FX 534 and ELSA GLADIAC 518 Series graphics boards have no Video In function, so it is no necessary to install the WDM driver. The WDM driver is only for graphics boards with Video In function. Please remove the WDM from the Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel. (Control Panel Ú Add/Remove Programs Ú Remove NVIDIA WDM Driver)

Q. ELSA GLADIAC 925 video connection cable has a 7-pin Video In connector, how can we use it?

A. ELSA GLADIAC 925 includes a 1-to-3 video connection cable consists of S-Video output, AV composite and 7-pins Video In connectors. You may directly connect your S-Video connector or uses S-Video to AV composite cable connect to the 7-pins Video In connector.

Q. With ELSA GLADIAC FX732, it consists of a white plug, what is the use of the plug?

A. The white long plug is designed for the use of TV Tuner Module. ELSA has no such type of tuner products; therefore the connector has no usage at this stage.
